Before beginning his SMB search, Paddy served as a Research Analyst and Vice President of Investments at Foss & Company, where he honed his skills in data analytics, client relationship management, and fundamental research. His analytical rigor and strategic insights continue to inform his work, making him a trusted advisor in the investment community.
Paddy holds a Master of Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Otago, where he was the youngest graduate in the history of the program.
